The Heart Center at West Florida Hospital offers the most comprehensive Cardiovascular Services and heart care including state-of-the-art diagnostic services and treatment programs from non-invasive testing to balloon angioplasty and bypass surgery. Cardiovascular Services includes a highly trained and experienced staff of cardiologists and cardiovascular surgeons.
In 2004, approximately 1,450 heart catheterizations, nearly 300 angioplasties, and more than 380 cardiac bypass procedures were performed by the Cardiovascular Services team.
Our experienced, board certified specialists work as a team throughout patient evaluation and treatment.
